Horeca Essentials accepts payment through PayPal and Credit Cards. All orders require immediate payment at checkout. If payment is not received at the time of purchase, the order will not be processed. Please contact us if you experience any issues with payment.
As a HORECA wholesale business, we do not typically accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we will do our best to assist you.
To start a return, contact us at info@horecaessentials.co.uk with your order details. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
