We aim to dispatch the goods within 48 hours Mon – Fri Excluding Bank Holidays.
All orders placed after 3.00 pm will be treated as being placed the following day.
If an order is placed on Friday after 3.00 pm It will be shipped out the next business day i.e. Monday unless it is a bank holiday.
Delivery is expected in 2-3 working days from the date of Dispatch. Your order will be delivered by Courier. You must be available at the delivery address to accept your parcel, if you are not available to receive your order, a card should be left for you to collect your parcel at your local depot.

For any lost or missing parcels, please notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the courier.
