Return and Refund Policy

Unopened cartons can be returned within 30 days of purchase under our hassle-free returns policy. Stock must be in its original packaging, unmarked and within date.

How to start a return

• Email the trade desk with your order number and the lines you want to return
• We confirm by return and arrange collection or provide a returns address
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or credited to your trade account

Damaged or short deliveries

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace the affected stock at no charge. A photograph of the outer carton helps us resolve it on the first message.

Opened cartons cannot be returned for food-safety reasons unless the product is faulty. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.
